The delegate fee includes:

  • 2 nights’ accommodation in the hotel you have selected
  • all sessions for the conference including keynote and breakout sessions
  • all conference collateral
  • all meals and beverages for the duration of the conference, including breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and dinner
  • entertainment at the opening and closing parties

Your delegate fee excludes:

  • travel arrangements to and from Sun City
  • any items of a personal nature, such as laundry, room service, telephone calls, mini bar etc
  • any other entertainment outside of the conference activities

How to register

To register, simply click on the registration link and then follow the step-by-step process. Select either the single booking option or the group booking option.

For single bookings

  • Fill in all relevant personal details.
  • Select your preferred package (dependant on availability).
  • Provide your invoicing information.
  • Confirm your booking by clicking the ‘confirm’ button, having read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  • You will be required to make payment immediately via credit card when booking or within the specified date on the invoice should you wish to do an electronic funds transfer.

For group bookings

  • Fill in the group owner’s details and the number of delegates that will be attending.
  • Provide the details of the attending delegates and make a package selection for each one.
  • If names of delegates are not yet available at time of registration, they can be submitted at a later stage closer to Cisco Connect South Africa 2017.
  • Confirm your booking by clicking the ‘confirm’ button, having read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  • You will be required to make payment immediately via credit card when booking or within the specified date on the invoice should you wish to do an electronic funds transfer.
  • Delegates will then receive registration emails from the event organisers requesting their personal information as well as allowing them to create their own My Cisco Connect profiles.

NB: Please note that once you have booked and paid for your package at Cisco Connect South Africa 2017, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable and package options cannot be altered.
